I was born in Ohio to parents who were in the Air Force, so I've pretty much been a transient all my life till now. Never living anywhere more than 3 or 4 years at a time. Even when I left home and got married I moved around from time to time chasing better jobs or better living conditions. I've spent the majority of my life in Ohio so I claim Dayton, Ohio as my home town. So the most interesting thing about me is my wide variety of experiences, and jobs that I've had. I'm a techie, so my home life is pretty much like my work life, in fact it constantly amazes me that my employer pays me do what I normally do for fun. Having an elevated intelligence often alienated me from most people I met, so I've grown accustomed to being alone and keeping only a couple of very close friends. I just don't see the world like many do and so have difficulty relating to others. Been in a few relationships, married once but she left. Still scraching my head over that one. She just said "I don't love you anymore" and wanted out. So as a last gesture of affection I let her go and never heard from her since. In the vacuum of having a woman in my life I dated whoever would have me, and resuled in some very BAD relationships, but relationships are like crack in a way, just keep wanting it. After one has not had one in a while it becomes less necessary. So this is where I am now romantically, not actively seeking but not against it either. I have just about the pefect job for me, which is a technician at a Navy electronics repair depot facility. It involves some travel but not too much, perhaps 25% of my year is spent on technical assistance and scheduled maintenance grooms. Even though I wished it paid a bit more I think job satisfaction is worth the pay gap between what I'd like and what they give me.
